Overview

Y-150BF/Z/ML(316)/316 Diaphragm seal pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of the medium with strong corrosion, high temperature, high viscosity, easy to crystallize, easy to solidify, and solid floats. it consists of a diaphragm isolator and a general-purpose pressure meter to form a systematic diaphragm meter. Diaphragm pressure gauges and equipment are mainly connected with threaded connections, flange connections and sanitary clamps.  It is necessary to avoid the measurement medium from directly entering the universal pressure meter and prevent the accumulation of sediment and easy to clean.

Working Principle

Y-150BF/Z/ML(316)/316 Diaphragm seal pressure gauge consists of a diaphragm isolator and a general-purpose pressure gauge to form a systematic pressure gauge. The spring tube is evacuated by special equipment and filled with human flushing fluid. It is sealed with a diaphragm. The conduction of the liquid causes the free end of the elastic element (spring tube) in the pressure meter to generate a corresponding elastic deformation-displacement, and then displays the measured pressure value according to the working principle of the pressure meter
