Overview of Clamp-on type vortex flow meter

The Clamp-on type vortex flow meter can be widely used in the measurement of gas, liquid and steam flow in small and medium-sized pipelines in various industries. Its body is equipped with a connecting flange. When connecting with the pipeline, connect the flowmeter flange with the pipeline flange, and then fasten it with bolts.

Working principle of Clamp-on type vortex flow meter
Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction proves that a conductor moving in a magnetic field will induce to generate an electric potential. Using the principle of electromagnetic measurement, fluid is a moving conductor. The induced potential is proportional to the flow rate and detected by two measuring electrodes, and then the transmitter amplifies it to calculate the volume flow according to the cross-sectional area of the pipe.
