Working principle and characteristics of pressure transmitter
Pressure transmitter is a kind of equipment that converts pressure into pneumatic signal or electric signal for control and remote transmission.
It can convert the physical pressure parameters such as gas and liquid sensed by the load cell sensor into standard electrical signals (such as 4 ~ 20mADC), so as to supply secondary instruments such as indicating alarm instrument, recorder and regulator for measurement, indication and process adjustment.
The electrical component of pressure transmitter to feel pressure is generally resistance strain gauge, which is a sensitive device to convert the pressure on the measured part into an electrical signal. The most widely used resistance strain gages are metal resistance strain gages and semiconductor strain gages. There are two kinds of metal resistance strain gauges: wire strain gauge and metal foil strain gauge. Usually, the strain gauge is closely bonded to the matrix producing mechanical strain through a special adhesive. When the stress of the matrix changes, the resistance strain gauge also deforms together to change the resistance value of the strain gauge, so as to change the voltage applied to the resistance.
1. It is widely used to measure oil, water and paste compatible with 316 stainless steel and 304 stainless steel, and has certain anti-corrosion ability;
2. High accuracy, high stability, imported original sensor, good linearity and high temperature stability;
3. Small volume, light weight, convenient installation, commissioning and use;
4. Stainless steel fully enclosed shell, good waterproof;
5. The pressure sensor directly senses the measured liquid level pressure and is not affected by medium foaming and deposition.
