The magnetic level meter is also called the magnetic level gauge. It is based on the structure of the communicating device and realizes the real-time measurement and remote monitoring of the liquid level according to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the magnetic float in the main tube of the magnetic level meter also rises and falls, and the magnetic steel in the float is transferred to the magnetic indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the internal flap to turn over 180 °. The liquid level remote transmitter is bundled on the main measuring pipe, so that it is in the liquid level gauge and magnetic coupling system, which can realize the remote transmission of the liquid level. When the magnetic float moves up and down with the liquid level, the reed switch corresponding to the liquid level is attracted by the magnetic field in the float, and the resistance value of the resistance chain changes. The changed resistance signal is converted into a two-wire 4-20mA standard through the conversion module. Signal output, the signal can be conveniently used with electric instruments and displays to achieve the purpose of display, control, adjustment and alarm. It is suitable for liquid level measurement and control in the production process of electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection, building, food and other industries.
