The magnetic flap level gauge is a side-mounted magnetic flap level gauge. Don't pay attention to avoiding or staying away from the inlet and outlet of the material medium to prevent the rapid change of the medium in the local area of the material fluid. For liquid level measurement. For the magnetic flap level gauge with a fixed length (common type>3m\anticorrosion type>2m), when equipped with a remote transmission supporting instrument (such as a reed switch remote transmission transmitter): The sensing surface of the remote transmission supporting instrument should face and be close to the main duct. The remote transmission supporting instrument should be close to the main conduit of the level gauge and fixed with a stainless steel hoop (iron is prohibited); When the side-mounted magnetic flap level gauge is put into trial operation, the following steps should be installed: first open the upper lead valve, and then slowly open the lower valve to allow the medium to enter the main duct smoothly (note: avoid the rapid medium speed during operation Impact the float, causing the float to fluctuate dramatically, and the accuracy of the display is affected). Observe whether the magnetic red and white flipping is normal, then close the lower guide pipe valve, open the drain valve, and let the liquid level in the main pipe drop. 2. Adjustment factors
In the on-site adjustment, the side-mounted magnetic flap level gauge occasionally has the problem that the float is not flexible enough to move up and down. This situation is generally caused by improper installation. At this time, pay attention to observe whether the center of the upper and lower flanges is on the line and whether it is perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Generally speaking, the angle between the magnetic flap level gauge and the horizontal plane is not less than 87 degrees. If the deviation is large, the float cannot move smoothly. After inspection, the side-mounted magnetic flap gauge was adjusted normally, but after it was put into use, it was found that the float was "sucked" at a certain position for a period of time. This is mainly caused by the too close distance between the level gauge and the steel plate when installed through the steel platform. Therefore, when installing through a steel platform, you need to pay attention to the distance between the wall of the connecting pipe of the level gauge and the cutting edge of the platform. According to the field experience, this problem can be solved when the distance is about 100mm, and it will not cause any noise to the magnetic float.
3. Improper field application or transportation
When the magnetic flap level gauge is put into use on site, please do not pay attention to open the upper gate valve first, and then open the lower gate valve. This is because the bottom of the connecting pipe of the magnetic flap level gauge is equipped with a thrust spring to protect the float. Otherwise, the effect of large differential pressure may break the float and make the magnetic flap level gauge unusable. If the sealed glass tube used for on-site indication is broken due to transportation or other reasons, it can be replaced with a produced glass tube, but it can be vacuumed. Also pay attention to whether the glass tube is vertical to ring the indicator.
