Structure and working principle
1. Basic type
according to the principle of buoyancy, the float moves up and down with the rise and fall of liquid level in the measuring pipe. The permanent magnet steel in the float drives the red and white column to turn 180 ° through coupling. When the liquid level rises, the column turns from white to red and when it falls, it turns from red to white, so as to realize the liquid level indication.
2. Electric remote transmission
install the transmitter on the float level meter, move the float up and down, and cooperate with the magnetic coupling to make the measuring elements in the guide rod act in turn to obtain the change of resistance signal, convert it into 0 ~ 10mA or 4 ~ 20mA standard signal output, and connect it with the display instrument or computer to achieve the purpose of remote transmission.
3. Upper and lower limit switch output
the upper and lower limit positions are set by the user on the liquid level gauge riser, and the controller is equipped with a tongue spring switch with self holding function. When the magnetic float moves with the liquid level to make the reed switch act, the alarm or limit control is realized.
