2. When the magnetic level gauge under air pressure produces the fluctuation of liquid level transmitter, it can be analyzed and handled according to the following process. First query the display information of the magnetic flap of the liquid level transmitter. If the display information of the magnetic flap is stable, that is, there is a problem in the transmission module or data signal transmission of the liquid level instrument. Then accurately measure whether the current data signal output by the liquid level transmitter, the current data signal output by the power distribution equipment signal isolator in the control box and the route are normal, and then find out the common fault points. If the information displayed on the magnetic flap of the liquid level transmitter is consistent with the information displayed on the stage, and the fluctuation is not strong, first turn off the connection between the liquid level transmitter and the accurate measuring vessel For the common fault points of seawater desalination concentrated salt water level transmitter, open the filter valve for sewage treatment. In addition, check whether the pressure switch of the water pump of the level transmitter is not very good. If everything is normal, check whether there is leakage at the upper and lower screw plugs of the level transmitter and at the filter valve and connecting flange. In addition, observe the fluctuation of the level transmitter according to the opening degree of the upper and lower gate valves of the level transmitter.
