Overview

The ZDRZ electric eccentric rotary valve (cam deflection regulating valve) is composed of an electronic or electric actuator and an eccentric rotary valve. The eccentric rotary valve is a angular stroke regulating valve that controls fluid by rotating part of the ball valve plate around the eccentric axis.

Working principle

ZDRZ electric eccentric rotary valve, When the motor winding is added with 220V alternating current, the two stator windings are separated by 90°; the electrical angle of the stator winding uses split-phase capacitors to make the two windings obtain 90°; the phase difference of the alternating current, the stator magnetic field generated by the composite vector, and the rotor magnetic field  The action produces electromagnetic torque, which makes the rotor rotate.  The rotor drives the worm gear mechanism to rotate, and the worm wheel drives the rotation of the valve core and the relative displacement of the valve seat, thereby changing the flow cross-sectional area of the regulating valve to achieve the purpose of adjusting the process parameters.
