Explosion-proof Integrated temperature transmitter is the combination of temperature sensor and transmitter. In a very simple way, the temperature signal within the range of - 200 ~ + 1600 ℃ is converted into two-wire 4 ~ 20mA DC electrical signal and transmitted to the display instrument, regulator, recorder, DCS, etc., so as to realize the accurate measurement and control of temperature. Integrated temperature transmitter is an updated product of temperature measurement and control in modern industrial field and scientific research institutes. It is a necessary product of distributed system and digital bus system.
Working principle
WRFB-240M WRFB-240S WRMB-440M WRMB-440S Explosion-proof Integrated temperature transmitter uses the principle of gap explosion-proof. In case of explosion in the cavity, it can extinguish and cool through the gap of the joint surface, so that the full temperature of the flame after explosion cannot be transmitted outside the cavity, so as to carry out explosion-proof.
The thermoelectric potential (resistance) generated by the thermocouple (thermal resistance) generates an unbalanced signal through the bridge of the temperature transmitter, which is amplified and converted into a 4-20mA DC electrical signal to the working instrument, and the working instrument will display the corresponding temperature value.

LCD, nixie tube, pointer and other indication functions are convenient for on-site timely monitoring.
When the field ambient temperature is > 70 ℃, the transmitter and field display instrument can be installed separately (isolated). If conditions do not permit, the method of extending the length of the protective tube can be used to protect the temperature transmitter.
Explosion proof grade: diibt4, diibt5. CT4. CT6
Protection grade: IP54, IP65
It can form an integrated field installation structure with thermocouple and thermal resistance, and can also be installed on the detection equipment and instrument panel as a functional module.
