Temperature transmitter with adjustable pipe connector are also called integrated thermocouples/thermal resistances. Integrated thermocouples/thermal resistances refer to amplification and transmission modules (i.e. temperature transmitters) installed in waterproof or flameproof junction boxes of thermocouples or thermal resistances, which are connected with sensors to form an integration and output standard 4~20mA current signals, or 0~5V or 1~5V voltage signals. It is usually used together with display instrument, recording instrument, electronic computer, etc. to directly measure the surface temperature of liquid, steam, gas medium and solid in the range of 0~1300 ° C in various production processes.

(1) The temperature transmitter converts the nonlinear signal of thermocouple/thermal resistance into a linear, unified and standardized electrical signal;
(2) Two wire system is used to transmit signals, and the power line and signal line share two conductors;
(3) The temperature transmitter module is encapsulated with epoxy resin, which is resistant to corrosion and vibration, low power consumption and high reliability;
(4) The temperature transmitter has cold junction temperature compensation and nonlinear correction functions;
(5) No compensating conductor or three core cable with the same resistance is needed, and ordinary two core cable is used, so the installation quality is easy to ensure and the cost is low;
(6) The on-site display function greatly facilitates the on-site use;
(7) The temperature remote transmission or display range can be set arbitrarily, with high resolution and high data reliability;
