Overview
The Saturated steam flow meter is mainly used for the flow measurement of steam medium fluid in industrial pipelines. The steam vortex flowmeter is characterized by small pressure loss, large range and high precision. It is almost not affected by the fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity and other parameters when measuring the volumetric flow under working conditions. Steam flowmeter is widely used in the measurement of steam, gas and liquid flow in various industries.
The patented technology of the steam flowmeter solves the problem that the detection probe body of the same kind of products used directly contacts with the measured medium. Low temperature of measuring medium and inconvenient maintenance.
Working characteristics
The Saturated steam flow meter has all the patented technologies, processes and features of the wide range (k) sensor. It is especially suitable for high-temperature fluid medium and occasions where the shutdown and cut-off maintenance cannot be carried out under normal temperature fluid conditions. It greatly expands the application range of steam flowmeter.
The Saturated steam flow meter strictly complies with the national industrial standard (jb/t9279-1999) and the metrological verification regulation (jjg198-94), and provides a new vortex steam flowmeter flowmeter that meets the professional standards of China for the current industrial measurement, energy management and engineering design.

Requirements for external environment
It is better to install the steam vortex flowmeter indoors. If it must be installed outdoors, it must be protected from sun, rain and Lightning protection measures to avoid affecting the service life.
Installation site:
The flowmeter shall be installed in a place convenient for maintenance without strong electromagnetic interference and thermal radiation.
Requirements for installation welding:
Before installing the flowmeter, the sundries in the pipeline shall be cleaned: debris, welding slag, stones, dust, etc. it is recommended to install a filter with a 5-micron sieve at the upstream to block liquid drops and sand particles. It is better to use equal diameter pipe (or bypass pipe) instead of flowmeter to purge the pipe. To ensure that the flowmeter is not damaged during use.
The user is equipped with another pair of standard flanges welded on the front and rear pipes. Welding with flowmeter is not allowed!
When installing the flowmeter, the sealing gasket between flanges shall not be recessed into the pipe to prevent interference with normal flow measurement.
Requirements for flowmeter grounding:
The steam vortex flowmeter shall be reliably grounded and cannot be shared with the grounding wire of strong current system.
