Overview of Non-fixed assembly thermocouple
The assembled thermocouple is a commonly used temperature measuring element in temperature measuring instruments. Non fixed assembled thermocouple produced by Jiangsu Xunfei can directly measure the temperature of liquid, gas, steam and solid surfaces in the range of 0 ℃ ~ 1000 ℃ in various industrial production processes, convert the temperature signal into thermoelectric EMF signal, and convert it into the temperature of the measured medium through secondary instruments. In practical applications, thermocouples have many structural ways, but their working principles are the same. Because of their simple structure, convenient manufacturing, wide temperature measurement range, high precision, small inertia and convenient remote transmission of output signals, they are widely used in industrial production.

Product working principle of Non-fixed assembly thermocouple
When there are two different conductors, and their two ends are welded with each other, the temperature at the two nodes is different. The temperature at one end is the measuring end or working end, and the temperature at the other end is the free end or cold end. When there is a temperature difference between the two ends, thermal current will be generated in the loop. Equipped with a display instrument, the instrument can display the corresponding temperature value of the thermoelectric EMF generated by the thermocouple. The thermoelectric EMF of the thermocouple will increase with the temperature rise at the measuring end or working end. The size of the thermoelectric EMF of the thermocouple is only related to the conductor material and the temperature difference at both ends, and has nothing to do with the length and diameter of the conductor.
