Overview

LUGB Vortex flow sensor is a new type of flowmeter based on Carmen vortex principle to measure the fluid flow in closed pipelines. It is mainly used for flow measurement of medium fluids in industrial pipelines, such as gas, liquid, steam and other media. It is characterized by small pressure loss, large range and high accuracy. It is almost unaffected by fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity and other parameters when measuring volumetric flow under working conditions. There are no movable mechanical parts, so the reliability is high and the maintenance is small. The instrument parameters can be stable for a long time

As the sensor material is 1Cr18Ni9Ti, it can also be used for flow measurement of fluid pipelines in urban water supply, heating, boiler water supply and medical industry.

Explosion proof LUGB vortex flow sensor adopts intrinsically safe explosion-proof technology. The explosion-proof mark of the battery powered vortex flow sensor is "Exia Ⅱ BT4", which is suitable for use in hazardous areas with t1~t4 groups in Zone 0, zone 1 and zone 2 not higher than class II class B; The explosion-proof mark of the vortex flow sensor powered by the safety barrier is "Exia Ⅱ BT5", which is suitable for use in dangerous places with t1~t5 groups in Zone 0, zone 1 and zone 2 of class II, class B.

The flow measurement in large and medium-sized pipelines adopts the plug-in structure. If the ball valve and lifting mechanism are installed at the plug-in port, the continuous flow disassembly and assembly can also be carried out, which is convenient for the cleaning and maintenance of the sensor.
