LDE Magnetic flowmeter is mainly used in petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, textile, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking and other industries, as well as municipal environmental protection, water conservancy and other fields.
The LDE intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is composed of a sensor and an intelligent signal converter. According to the assembly form of the converter and the sensor, it can be divided into two structures: one-piece and split-type: one-piece means The converter and the sensor are directly assembled as a whole and cannot be separated. It usually used in sites with better environmental conditions. Split means The converter forms a product with a sensor through a dedicated cable. The sensor is installed on site and the converter is installed in a place with better conditions. It is often used in sites with poor environmental conditions, such as underground wells, near high temperatures, and places where people are inconvenient to reach.

The working principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. That is: when the conductor moves in the cutting magnetic field in the magnetic field, the induced electromotive force is generated in the conductor, and the induced electromotive force E is: E=BLV E: Induced voltage B: Magnetic induction intensity L: Conductor length (tube diameter) V: Conductor cutting magnetic field speed (average flow rate)
When measuring the flow rate, the liquid flows through a magnetic field perpendicular to the flow direction, and the flow of the conductive liquid induces a voltage proportional to the average flow rate (that is, the volume flow rate).
The induced voltage signal is detected by two electrodes in direct contact with the liquid, and transmitted to the amplifier through the cable, and then converted into a unified output signal.

1. The installation is simple, and can be installed at any angle of horizontal, vertical and inclined, with low requirements for the upstream straight pipe section.
2. It is not affected by the changes of temperature, pressure, density, viscosity and conductivity (not less than the minimum conductivity).
3. The sensor shell and flange are made of carbon steel or stainless steel. The electrode and lining can be made of a variety of materials, with the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and long service life.
4. The sensor has simple structure, no throttling parts and no blockage, so it is suitable for the measurement of mud, pulp, mineral pulp, sewage and other media with solid particles, fibers, suspended solids, etc.
5. Display cumulative flow (ten digit display) and instantaneous flow (six digit display).
6. The operation and setting are convenient, and can be set intuitively through the keyboard on the panel.
7. Zero self calibration to eliminate zero drift.
8. The measuring range can be set arbitrarily within the calibrated maximum flow range.
9. Positive and negative flow direction measurement. If there are no special requirements, the factory is positive measurement.
10. Small signal removal function, the user can set the removal of small interfering flow through the display panel.
11. Upper and lower limit alarm, the user can set the upper and lower limit flow according to the actual needs. When the flow exceeds the upper limit or is lower than the lower limit setting, there is relay output.
12. Empty pipe judgment: in the working state, when the flowmeter measures the empty pipe in the pipe, the instantaneous flow empty pipe alarms.
13. Password locking function. After the flowmeter is powered on, if parameters are set, four digit password must be entered before parameter setting.
14. Power off protection function. The calculation results of flowmeter and user set parameters will not be lost after power off. They are stored by E2PROM. The data can be saved for a long time, and can be operated through the panel to check the previous accumulated flow.
15. The instrument coefficient can be corrected for different conductive media.
