Overview

LC-20 Gear flowmeter is a kind of volumetric flowmeter, used for precise continuous or intermittent measurement of liquid flow or instantaneous flow in pipelines. It is especially suitable for the flow measurement of heavy oil, polyvinyl alcohol, resin and other high viscosity media.Gear flowmeter are widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, natural gas, chemical, paper, automotive, food and other industries. Gear flowmeter are also used to measure small flows with small diameters.

Working principle

LC-20 Gear flowmeter，There is a pair of intermeshing gears in the flowmeter cavity as the rotor. The two gears and the cavity can form a fixed volume, called the standard volume. Flow rate is measured by calculating the number of incoming flows through a standard volume within a certain period of time
