Overview

HCN Low-noise cage guided control valve can reduce the noise of compressible liquid. In order to meet the gas throttle diffusion, the cage with many symmetrical holes on it to reduce pressure drops. The valve plug is the pressure balanced type. The valve with a compact structure, S type flow way and a guide wing that improved the fluid balance around the cage makes the low pressure loss, large flow and low noise are available. The leakage complies with the ANSI FCI 70-2-2013 standards. The compact size and large output force are available when the control valve is combined with multi-spring diaphragm actuator or cylinder actuator. HCN Low-noise cage guided control valve complies with the GB/T4213-2008 standards.

Working principle

HCN Low-noise cage guided control valve is a pressure-balanced control valve. The inner part of the valve adopts a sleeve-oriented pilot spool. It mainly uses the pressure of the fluid to realize the rapid action of the spool, and the operating force is small.

Feature

The sealing type adopts single-seat sealing, and the flow characteristic curve has high accuracy, which meets the IEC534-1 standard.  The regulating valve has good dynamic stability, low noise, anti-cavitation, and is suitable for controlling high pressure differential fluids of various temperatures.  Equipped with multiple spring diaphragm actuators or electric actuators, its structure is compact, and the output force is large.
