Overview

Flange vortex flowmeter is a kind of measuring instrument with high measurement accuracy, simple installation, small maintenance and wide application. It is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy, textile, urban construction, energy and other industries.

The sensor of flange vortex flowmeter outputs frequency signal, which usually forms a flow measurement system with a computer or a flow integrator.
The transmitter of the flange vortex flowmeter outputs a 4-20mA standard signal proportional to the volume flow. It usually forms a flow measurement system with a computer or other flow integrating instruments to form a flange vortex flowmeter

The sensor / transmitter of the flange vortex flowmeter is installed on the pipeline, and the flow integrator or computer is installed in the control room and provides power to the vortex flowmeter / transmitter. The two are connected by shielded cables

Function
1. The medium has good versatility and can measure steam, gas and liquid.
2. Steam: saturated steam and superheated steam.
3. Gas: air, oxygen, nitrogen, natural gas, liquefied gas, ammonia, chlorine, alkane, olefin, hydrocarbon and other gases.
4. Liquid: water, softened water, gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, liquefied petroleum, liquid ammonia, phosgene, alkyl, olefin, alcohol, aldehyde and other chemical liquids.
5. The intelligent integrated design can display the instantaneous flow, cumulative flow and instrument coefficient on site.
6. Micro power dual power supply design, internal parameters are permanently saved.
7. The detection probe of flange vortex flowmeter adopts optimized combination structure and special process technology packaging, with superior anti vibration performance.
8. The piezoelectric element is embedded in the probe body, with no filler inside, and its performance is stable and reliable.
9. The detection element of the flange vortex flowmeter does not contact the medium, has no movable parts, has small pressure loss and long service life.
