The explosion-proof thermocouple/thermal resistance with temperature transmitter is also called the integrated explosion-proof thermocouple/thermal resistance. The integrated explosion-proof thermocouple/thermal resistance refers to the amplification and transmission module (i.e. temperature transmitter) installed in the explosion-proof junction box of the explosion-proof thermocouple or thermal resistance, which is connected with the sensor to form an integration, and outputs a standard 4-20mA current signal or a 0-5V or 1-5V voltage signal. It is usually used together with display instrument, recording instrument, electronic computer, etc. to directly measure the surface temperature of liquid, steam, gas medium and solid in the range of - 200-1300 ℃ in the process of various production sites.

Explosion proof thermocouple uses the gap explosion proof principle. When it occurs in the cavity, it can extinguish and cool through the gap of the joint surface, so that the flame temperature can not be transferred to the outside of the cavity, so as to measure the temperature. The resistance value produced by the thermal resistance generates unbalanced signal through the bridge of the temperature transmitter, which is amplified and converted into a 4~20mA DC electrical signal to the working instrument, and the working instrument will display the corresponding temperature value.
