Installation requirements of
Electromagnetic milk flowmeter
1. When measuring mixed phase fluid, the place that will not cause phase separation should be selected;
2. Choose a place where there will be no negative pressure in the measuring pipe;
3. Avoid installing near strong current equipment such as motors and transformers to avoid electromagnetic interference;
4. Avoid installation in places with strong corrosive gases around;
5. The ambient temperature should generally be within the range of -25~60 ℃, and direct sunlight should be avoided as far as possible;
6. Install in a place without or with little vibration. If the vibration is too large, a fixed support should be added to the pipeline before and after the sensor.
7. The relative humidity of the environment should generally be within the range of 10% - 90%;
8. Avoid installation in places that can be directly drenched by rain or submerged by water. If the enclosure protection grade of the sensor is IP67 (dust and water proof grade) or IP68 (dust and diving proof grade), the two items may not be required.
