Failure analysis method of magnetic level gauge

During the measurement process of the magnetic level gauge, there are often some faults. The timely determination, analysis and treatment of the faults are vital to the ongoing production. Based on the experience in daily maintenance, we summarized some judgment analysis methods and analysis procedures.

(1) Investigation method: Review the ignition, smoke, odor, power supply changes, lightning strikes, humidity, misoperation, and mismaintenance before the failure occurred.

(2) Intuitive method: Observe the external damage of the circuit, the leakage of the pressure guiding tube, the overheating of the circuit, the status of the power supply switch, etc.

(3) Detection method:

Short circuit detection: Under the condition of ensuring the safety of the magnetic flap level gauge, short-circuit the relevant part of the circuit directly.

Open circuit detection: separate the suspected faulty part from other parts to check whether the fault disappears, if it disappears, determine the fault location, otherwise you can proceed to the next step to find

Replacement detection: Replace the suspected faulty part and determine the faulty part. For example, if it is suspected that the transmitter circuit board is malfunctioning, you can temporarily replace it to determine the cause.

Division detection: Divide the measurement loop into several parts. Magnetic level gauges, such as: power supply, signal output, signal transmission, signal detection, are checked by sections, from simple to complex, from outside to inside, narrowing the scope, and finding the fault location.

The important thing is to simply understand the structure and principle of the magnetic level gauge, and learn some common sense, so that you can easily solve this type of failure and return to the normal state.
