ZZY self actuated control valve does not need additional energy, uses the energy of the regulated medium as the power source, introduces the actuator to control the position of the valve core, and changes the pressure difference and flow at both ends to stabilize the pressure in front of (or behind) the valve. It has the advantages of sensitive action, good sealing and small wave power at the pressure set point. The self actuated control valve is widely used in the automatic control of pressure reduction and stabilization or pressure relief and stabilization of gas, liquid and steam media.

Folding product structure

The self actuated control valve has three structures: single seat (zzyp), sleeve (zzym) and double seat (zzyn); There are two kinds of actuators: diaphragm type and piston type; The function types include pressure regulation behind the pressure reducing valve (type b) and pressure regulation before the pressure relief valve (type K). The nominal pressure grade of the product is PN1 6、4.0、6.4; Diameter range of valve body DN15 ~ 250; There are three levels of leakage: Level II, level IV and level VI; The flow characteristic is fast opening; The pressure is adjusted in sections from 15 ~ 2500kpa. It can be combined as required to meet the working conditions of users.

The self actuated control valve does not need additional energy and can work in a place without electricity and gas, which is convenient and saves energy. The range of pressure sections is fine and cross each other, and the adjustment accuracy is high. The self actuated control valve can be set continuously during operation. For the pressure regulation behind the valve, the ratio of the pressure before the valve to the pressure behind the valve can be 10:1 ~ 10:8. Rubber diaphragm detection, high measurement accuracy and sensitive action of actuator. The pressure balance mechanism is adopted to make the control valve sensitive and accurate.
