Wiring method of magnetic level gauge
The magnetic level gauge is generally a two-wire system with 4 ~ 20mA signal. One wiring method is: the positive pole of the magnetic level gauge is connected to the 24V output terminal of the instrument, the negative pole of the magnetic level gauge is connected to the positive pole of the 4 ~ 20mA input terminal of the instrument, and then the negative pole of the 4 ~ 20mA input terminal of the instrument is shorted with the negative pole of the 24V output terminal of the instrument. The above connection method can use the 24V output of the instrument as the power supply of the magnetic level gauge. If the magnetic level gauge adopts the four wire system, the positive and negative poles of the power supply of the magnetic flap level gauge are connected to the positive and negative poles of the power supply. 4 ~ 20mA positive and negative electrodes are respectively connected to the positive and negative electrodes of 4 ~ 20mA input terminal of the instrument. If a safety barrier is used, 24 V is connected to the positive and negative of the input terminal of the safety barrier power supply (24V power supply) corresponding to the positive and negative terminals of the magnetic liquid level gauge, and the positive and negative of the power output terminal corresponding to the positive and negative terminals of the instrument.
