The integrated temperature transmitter is a perfect combination of temperature sensor and transmitter. It converts the temperature signal in the range of -200~+1600 ℃ into a two-wire 4~20mA DC electrical signal and transmits it to the indicator, Regulators, recorders, DCS, etc., to achieve accurate temperature measurement and control. The integrated temperature transmitter is an updated product for the temperature measurement and control of modern industrial sites and scientific research institutes, and is a necessary product for the collection and distribution system and the digital bus system.


Features of integrated temperature transmitter

1. A. Modular ultra-small module (module φ44×18) is integrated and has strong versatility (conventional analog type, RS485 communication type, HART protocol type), and the conventional analog type can realize two-way transmission signal output.

B. Integrated circuit transmission unit, on-site display and output can achieve different measurement and control requirements:

a. One display, one output (normal);

b. One display, two outputs;

c. Two displays, two outputs;

2. Using DC24V power supply, two-wire 4-20mA DC output or RS485 communication function, long transmission distance, strong anti-interference ability.

3. Automatic compensation for cold junction, temperature drift and nonlinearity.

4. High measurement accuracy, good long-term stability, display transmission accuracy: 0.5, 0.3, 0.2, 0.1 (fully isolated intelligent integrated temperature transmitter); sensor accuracy: thermal resistance A (Pt100) ; Thermocouple Class I Class II

5. The temperature module adopts epoxy resin casting process, which is suitable for use in various harsh and dangerous places.

6. Integrated design, simple and reasonable structure, can directly replace ordinary assembled thermocouple and thermal resistance.

7. Mechanical protection IP65.

8. The use of thermocouple for temperature change can eliminate the use of compensation wires and reduce costs.

9. It can be equipped with various on-site indication functions such as LCD, digital tube, pointer, etc., which is convenient for on-site observation and timely monitoring.

10. When the on-site ambient temperature is >60℃, the temperature sensor and the on-site transmitter unit display instrument can be installed separately (isolated).
