High temperature thermocouples adopt different high-strength wear-resistant protective tubes and surface modification measures for different temperature ranges and measured media to form a composite tube type solid structure of the wear-resistant section.
In some special occasions, such as chemical plants, smelters, power plants, cement plants, etc., ordinary thermocouples and thermal resistors are very easy to be damaged. Therefore, high temperature thermocouples (resistors) must be used in these occasions. The thermocouple (resistor) is especially suitable for temperature measurement in vulcanization bed, coal mill outlet, primary and secondary air coal and cement industries. High temperature anti-corrosion thermocouples are suitable for high temperature and corrosive occasions in various production processes, and are widely used for temperature measurement in petroleum industry, glass smelting and ceramic industry.
