The remote transmission display mainly drives the permanent magnet to rotate through the decelerated gear, so that the contact of the spring relay is closed or disconnected synchronously at the same rotation frequency as the permanent magnet, so as to send one electric pulse to another display instrument. There is a pair of meshing gears in the flowmeter cavity as the rotor, and the two gears and the cavity can form a fixed volume respectively, which is called the standard volume. Flow is measured by calculating the number of standard volumes flowing in a certain period of time. Gear flowmeter is a high-precision flow meter for measuring volume flow. Its working principle is positive displacement principle. The flow of medium makes the gear rotate. The rotation of the gear is scanned by two non-contact pulse detectors. Each tooth generates a pulse, which is finally generated from the frequency signal of flow proportional example, and then the flow value Q is obtained.

The gear flowmeter has high processing precision, precise installation and high resolution. The gear flowmeter requires that the measured medium is lubricating and cannot measure non lubricating medium, such as water. At the same time, the gear flowmeter is not suitable for the fluid containing solid particles. If there is gas in the measured liquid medium, it will also cause measurement error.
