Brief Introduction of Wear and Corrosion Resistant Thermocouple
Wear resistant and corrosion resistant thermocouples have been widely used as temperature sensors in industrial automatic control systems. However, in some special occasions, such as chemical plants, smelters, thermal power plants, ordinary thermocouples and thermal resistances are extremely damaged. Therefore, thermocouples and thermal resistors with special materials and structures must be used in these situations.
At present, there are two kinds of wear-resistant coatings, one with hardness of HRC58-62 and temperature measurement range of 0-600 ℃; The corrosion resistant coating has good corrosion resistance. Except molten metal lithium, potassium, sodium, hydrofluoric acid, chlorine trifluoride, and oxygen trifluoride liquid nitrogen with high flow rate, it can resist almost all other chemical media and can be used for a long time in the range of 0-250 ℃. If the fixing thread is to be made into a corrosion resistant structure, the thread cannot work under pressure.
The titanium alloy tube can resist the corrosion of seawater, various chlorides and hypochlorites, wet chlorine, oxidizing acids (including fuming nitric acid) and alkalis, but can not resist the relatively pure reducing acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid). The temperature measurement range of the titanium alloy tube is below 500 ℃.
